Müller Processing is part of the Müller Group which has been in operation for over 120 years. They have over 400 employees and have provided successful projects worldwide. Müller Processing plans, designs and produces in Münchenstein (Switzerland) and in Rheinfelden (Germany) custom made handling equipment, intralogistic solutions and GMP washers. The customer service ensures professional care of the plants during their whole life cycle.
Column Lifters:
Müller Lifters are designed, engineered and tested at the Rheinfelden Facility in Germany. Each project is customised and suited to the specific customer needs.
The Lifting column’s are used for the safe and ergonomic feeding of tablet presses, capsule filling machines, blister machines, screening machines and for transferring and filling operations, in manual or motorized versions. The slim and stable lift mast ensures good visibility of the container. We are designing and manufacturing these lifts in accordance with the relevant European Directives, to ensure the safe movement of goods within a facility.
The motorized versions are equipped with low-noise electrical drive motors and can, in addition to the lifting movement, also perform swivelling, inverting and gripping movements. Suitable grippers are available for every application and every container shape – drums, round and square containers or Big Bags.
Blenders:
Müller Processing also supply Drum, IBC or Container blenders to suit each application. We handle any size IBC’s, from R&D Scale right through to production. The gripper can be customised for the different types of container necessary. There is also a lifting stroke option or fixed. The recipe management allows optimal adaptation to the product to be blended. The plant offers high blending performance for a wide range of powders while preserving substance quality. It can easily be integrated in existing processes and premises.
Pallet Exchangers:
Our automatic pallet changer or re-palletizer allows you to transfer goods received on wooden pallets on company-own hygiene pallets without manual intervention. Conversely, you can also transfer goods ready for shipping from your own aluminium, wooden or plastic pallets on shipping pallets. An optional intermediate plate system protects your goods and allows pushing also demanding products on wooden or hygiene pallets.

IBC’s:
Specially developed for the high demands of the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical containers are just as much in demand today in the chemical and food industries. Excellent emptying and residue-free cleaning due to butt welded and smoothed seams. The variants type 60, 90 and AS are equipped with patented stainless steel valves type MC with handy closing system and hand lever and are characterized by short assembly times and easy handling.
Muller Cleaning Solutions
Müller GMP washers are cleaning with recirculation, once through or using the water-saving pulsation rinsing process. For flexible handling of different kinds of parts to clean with a broad variety of contaminations a high number of recipes can be programmed and saved within the control unit. Müller provides cleaning solutions with tailor-made chamber sizes and individual system layouts.
