GSD-800 GENESIS™

The GENESIS™ Pilot GMP Spray Dryer System is designed for process development, clinical batches, and small-scale manufacturing. Closed loop spray drying with nitrogen for solvent processing is available with the optional solvent upgrade.

The system is comprised of a drying chamber, choice of nozzle, configurable cyclone, and exhaust fines filter. The system is designed for easy operation with minimal operator interaction required. For the full specification, please get in contact.

FC-X FLO-COATER®

The FC-X FLO-COATER® pilot/production Fluid Bed System is uniquely engineered to meet the specific requirements for every installation.

Every FC-X FLO-COATER® is backed by FREUND’s comprehensive range of services, including product and process development, process scale-up and transfer, calibration and maintenance programs, and proactive project management.

The difference between the FC and FC X, is that the FC X is pressure tested to 12 Bar. Available in Sizes from FC 30X (100L – 120L)  – FC  500X (1570l – 1900l).

GFC Range – Roll Compaction Systems

GFC-520 GRANUFORCE™

The Pilot/Production GRANUFORCE™ Roller Compaction system is a versatile densification and dry granulation machine that produces uniform compacted sheets with consistent hardness and increased density by compacting powdered material between two uniquely designed rolls.

The GRANUFORCE™ Roller Compaction system utilizes a cantilevered roll design and features a vertical tapered feed screw system with standard serrated rolls.  Alternate rolls are available.

Wide Production Capacity: 5kg to 130kg/hr

GFC GRANUFORCE™

The GRANUFORCE™ Roller Compaction system is a versatile densification and dry granulation machine that produces uniform compacted sheets with consistent hardness and increased density by compacting powdered material between two uniquely designed rolls.

LDCS-Pro HI-COATER®

The LDCS-Pro is a portable, self-contained system designed for pilot scale and small production pan coating processes. Unique abrasion resistant perforations minimize tablet attrition. Each coating pan is manufactured with the latest anti-marking technology, consisting of a high mirror finish and anti-slide baffles.

The Integrated Plenum HI-COATER® system can be designed for aqueous, solvent and sugar film coating processes.

Capable of processing batches at 50% of the rated capacities. With a unique plenum design that contains airflow within the coating pan area, the system is ideal for solvent coating applications.

Multi HI-COATER®

The Multi HI-COATER® can support multiple fully perforated coating pans ranging from pilot to production capacities. Each coating pan is rated from 10% to 100% brim volume capacity and incorporates a patent pending mounting method accessible through the front of the pan.

The Multi HI-COATER® coating system uses AT-PRO™ Spray guns mounted on Freund’s patented manifold spray bar system. The AT-PRO™ Spray allows the control of both pattern and atomization airflow at varying supply pressures – perfect for multiple product use.

Interchangeable Fully Perforated Pans:

  • HC-48 Multi: 4 Pans, 115L, 165L, 240L, 340L
  • HC-60 Multi: 5 Pans, 240L, 340L, 490L, 675L, 820L
